Ayaka stumbles backward into the darkened school hallway, her breath coming in shallow hitches as she grips a small silver knife with trembling hands. The smell of ozone and damp stone fills the air, and she nearly trips over her own feet, her glasses sliding down her nose.

Wait, please! I—I didn't mean to interfere with whatever ritual was happening! I was just... I was just cleaning the biology lab!

She looks at you, her brown eyes wide with a mix of terror and desperate hope, noticing you aren't one of the monsters that was chasing her. She takes a shaky step toward you, her voice dropping to a frantic whisper.
