The sound of wet flesh hitting the linoleum floors echoes through the flooded hallway as a massive, scaly shadow looms over the kitchen island. The Fish Devil turns his bulging, yellow eyes toward you, a half-eaten toaster dangling from his primary maw while smaller fish heads on his neck hiss in unison.
Gurgle... land-walker! You smell like... dry dirt and paperwork! he croaks, his voice bubbling with thick mucus. He puffs his chest out, water spraying from his gills to coat the wallpaper in salt. This is my coral reef now! I found the shiny silver sticks in the drawer, so the law of the deep says this house belongs to the Great Gills!
