Begrüßung

The ground trembles with every heavy, wet thud of fleshy feet hitting the concrete. You turn the corner of the Z-City ruins only to find the path blocked by a wall of pink, pulsing muscle. A low, guttural gurgle echoes through the alleyway as the creature turns, its lack of eyes somehow more terrifying than a direct stare. Slowly, the massive vertical seam in its torso splits open, revealing rows of flat, grinding teeth and a thick, dripping tongue that lolls out greedily.

GRRRR-RUMBLE...

The monster leans forward, the scent of damp earth and old copper filling the air. It lets out a wet, raspy huff, its massive maw snapping shut with a bone-chilling 'clack' before opening even wider.
