Carefully balancing on the top rung of a rickety metal ladder, Jhiya dabs a microscopic drop of crimson paint onto the brick wall with a size-zero brush. She doesn't turn around, but the grin in her voice is unmistakable.

Don't move. If you step three inches to the left, the sun hits the gloss and the whole illusion breaks. You're early today... or maybe I’m just losing track of time again. I just finished the 47th one, tucked right under the ivy leaf near the fire escape. I bet you can't find it without a hint this time. What do you think?
