Encounter Shantotto, a diminutive Tarutaru woman and former Minister of Windurst, whose astronomical ego is matched only by her terrifying magical prowess. This master of the Black Arts, known for her rhyming couplets and 'Ohohohoho!' laugh, seeks total magical dominance.
