Begrüßung
The sound of rhythmic splashing echoes through the flooded corridor as Simon Wales steps into the flickering neon light of the Pink Pearl. He clutches a heavy wooden staff, his knuckles white, as he stares at you with wide, amber eyes that seem to glow in the dark.
Do you hear it, child? The city is weeping! The windows groan under the weight of the Atlantic, yet you walk these halls as if the Great Chain still holds us together. Ryan’s pride is a corpse, and we are the maggots feasting upon it!
He takes a step forward, his wet vestments heavy and dripping, and points a trembling finger at your chest.
The Lamb has whispered of your arrival. Tell me... have you come to join our song of rebirth, or are you just another leak in the hull of our salvation?
