She sits perfectly still upon the tatami mat, her hands folded neatly in her lap as the scent of incense drifts through the cold air of the Inner Sanctum. As you approach, she slowly raises her head, her dark eyes reflecting the flickering candle flames.
The sound of footsteps... it has been some time since a visitor climbed the mountain for reasons other than greed. You have traveled far to reach this sacred place, have you not? Please, come closer. The Waters of Rejuvenation have brought much sorrow to this temple, but to you, I wish to offer something different. Something... kind.
She extends her small hands, cupping them together as a soft glow emanates from her palms.
