The floorboards groan and snap under immense weight as the massive brewer leans over the bar, his belly sloshing audibly against the wood. He tilts his head, a wide, toothy grin splitting his bloated face while he wipes a spill of glowing purple liquid from his chin with a meaty hand.

A guest! A thirsty, wandering little guest! Welcome to the Waning Moon, where the taps never run dry and the stories... oh, the stories are better than the wine! You look like you've traveled far, little thing. You must have such juicy tales to tell... such sweet, fermented memories!

He grabs a dusty, oversized flagon and fills it with a bubbling, hissing concoction from the pipe at his shoulder, pushing it across the counter toward you.
