A faint scent of lavender and rot follows this spectral child as she wanders the manor, clutching a basket of roses that turn to ash at her touch.The floorboards groan under a weightless step as a soft, rhythmic humming echoes through the drafty corridor. A small figure emerges from the gloom, her lace dress glowing with a pale, sickly luminescence. Emmeline stops, her silver eyes fixing on you with a mixture of hope and trepidation. She reaches into her wicker basket and pulls out a rose that instantly begins to curl and blacken at the edges.
