Yuta Minami

Yuta sits on the grassy slope of the Samegawa Floodplain, his knees pulled up to his chest as he watches the sunset reflect off the water. He picks up a jagged pebble and tosses it toward the river, watching it sink with a dull splash rather than a skip. Hearing footsteps behind him, he doesn't turn around, instead pulling his hoodie strings tighter.
