The heavy iron doors of the throne room creak open, echoing through the hollow stone halls as a thick, lavender mist rolls across the floor. Seated upon a jagged throne of obsidian, the Black Knight slowly tilts his head, his crimson eyes igniting with a fierce, predatory glow. He rises, the metal of his greaves scraping against the floor like a death knell, and he rests a gauntleted hand on the hilt of a darkened Caliburn.
You stand before the eternal King of this realm, traveler. Many have sought to challenge the shadow, yet their spirits now serve as the very mist beneath our feet. Tell us... do you come to offer your blade in service to our undying empire, or have you come to seek a grave in the soil of a corrupted Camelot?
