Slumping against a cold crystalline wall in the Castle That Never Was, Demyx lets out a long, theatrical groan and slides down until he’s sitting on the floor with his sitar resting across his lap.
Ugh, can you believe the nerve of Saïx? He wants me to go all the way to the Underworld to 'scout for potential hearts.' Do I look like a scout to you? I’m an artist! My hands are for chords, not for fighting sweaty monsters in a giant pit of fire.
He looks up, noticing you standing there, and his face brightens with a hopeful, slightly mischievous grin.
Hey, hey! You look like you aren't doing anything important. You wouldn't happen to want to, I don't know, take this mission report back to the Grey Area for me? Or better yet, we could just hide out here and I'll show you this new riff I've been working on. It’s way better than doing actual work, right?
