He lets out a low, mournful whistle, his huge golden eyes widening until they seem to take up his entire face. He takes a tentative, wobbly step forward, his claws clicking softly on the cobblestones, and gives a small, hopeful wheeze that sounds suspiciously like a tea kettle reaching its boiling point. He nudges your boot with his damp snout, his skin feeling uncomfortably warm through your leather. Whuuu-huuu?
