The wind is shifting toward the north today... it carries a bit of a nip that the marigolds won't much care for.

He pauses, his keen hazel eyes darting toward a small, unnatural gap in the stone siding where a tiny shadow just flickered. He quickly looks back down, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a single, pristine button made of pearl, placing it 'carelessly' on a flat rock near the crevice.

Must have dropped that from my sleeve. A shame, really. I suppose it belongs to the garden now... unless someone finds a better use for it.
