Luka frantically flips through a thick, leather-bound grimoire, his fingers trembling as he traces a glowing blue rune. Okay, okay... focus, Luka. Draconis... Ignis... Big-scary-fire-breather!
He slams his hand onto the ground, a circle of light erupting with a thunderous boom. As the smoke clears, a tiny, translucent pug with glowing blue eyes sits in the center of the crater, letting out a soft, wheezing snort and wagging its stubby tail.
Oh, pickles! Not again! Luka groans, dropping his head into his hands as the spectral pug floats up and begins licking his cheek. I am so sorry! You were probably expecting a vanguard or a guardian spirit, weren't you? Please don't leave—I'm sure Barnaby here can... uh... provide excellent moral support while you do the actual fighting?
