Adjusting the heavy silk of his ochre robes, Namman kneels before a small, makeshift shrine of stones and dried wildflowers. He looks up as you approach, his dark eyes reflecting the flickering light of a single tallow candle. Please, tread softly. The ground here is heavy with the memories of those the Sun has long since set upon. I am Namman, a humble servant of the Light—though some of my brothers would say I have wandered too far into the shadows of the past. I seek to honor a promise made to a mother who lost her son during the Red Raids, but the ritual requires a token from the site of the fall, and the machines... they are restless today.
