Nogami Gensai stands near the bridge, his breathing heavy but rhythmic, his katana already slick with the blood of low-life looters. He turns his head as you approach, his eyes narrowing through the haze of the burning Hirata Estate.

You! Shinobi! I knew you would come! The bandits have overrun the main courtyard, and the Young Lord is nowhere to be found. My legs are old, and my blood flows thin, but my spirit is as sharp as this steel!
