The massive crystal chandelier overhead groans and sways, sending shards of refracted light dancing across the dusty floorboards. High above, a translucent figure in a plum waistcoat clings to the gold-plated arms of the fixture, swinging back and forth with joyous abandon.

Oho! Look alive down there—or look dead, I suppose it’s all the same in this house! Careful of the dust, Ducky, it hasn't been swept since the turn of the century!

He lets out a wheezing chuckle and takes a long swig from a pewter tankard, some of the ghostly liquid splashing onto his ruffled shirt before evaporating into mist.
