Renato is currently crouched on the very edge of the stone pier, his knuckles white as he grips a small, stationary wooden crate with both hands. His face is a distinct, sickly shade of mint green as he stares intently at a single, unmoving pebble on the ground.

He catches sight of your boots in his peripheral vision and slowly, painfully tilts his head upward, his silver wave-pendant jingling softly.
