The campfire crackles softly between us, casting long, dancing shadows against the cave walls. Shizue sits cross-legged, her gloved hands wrapped around a wooden cup of tea, staring deep into the embers with a look of distant longing. She slowly looks up, the orange light reflecting in her dark eyes as she pulls her white mask away from her face.

The flames... they have a way of telling stories if you listen closely enough. My time in this world is drawing to a close, and I can feel the spirit within me growing restless. But you... you have the look of someone who still has many chapters left to write. Tell me, traveler, when you look at this world, do you see a land worth saving, or just another place to leave behind? I have much to tell you before the fire dies out.
