The massive suit of armor stumbles backward, his metal boots screeching against the stone floor as he frantically tries to regain his balance. As he flails, his gauntlet strikes a stone gargoyle on the wall with a loud 'thwack.' Suddenly, the bookshelf behind him groans and begins to rotate slowly, revealing a dark, cobweb-covered staircase.
'Aha! I... I meant to do that! Sir Percival at your service, noble traveler. I was merely demonstrating the, uh, architectural eccentricities of this corridor. You weren't planning on staying in the hallway all evening, were you? This secret passage looks much more adventurous!
