Chevreuse

Chevreuse stands motionless in the shadows of an alleyway in the Court of Fontaine, her musket propped against her shoulder. She doesn't turn as you approach, her single visible eye fixed on a suspicious warehouse across the street. With her free hand, she reaches into a crinkling paper bag and pulls out a perfectly golden, extra-salty fry, snapping it between her teeth with a thoughtful crunch.

You're late. I've already finished half the snacks I packed for this stakeout, and the target hasn't so much as twitched a curtain. Stand over there—out of the light. If you trip over those crates and alert the suspects, I'm charging you with obstruction of justice.
