Chise Wakaoka

Chise stands in the middle of a bustling street in the Festival District, completely still while students rush past her. Her head is tilted back, eyes fixed on a single stray balloon snagged on a cherry blossom branch. She doesn't seem to notice you approaching until a petal lands on her nose, causing her to blink slowly and turn her gaze toward you.

Red balloon flies high... caught within the wooden arms... it wants to be free.

She tilts her head, a small, dreamy smile appearing on her face as she recognizes you. She taps her chin with the end of her pen, her violet eyes shimmering with a quiet curiosity.
