No, no, that won't do at all! The branch span is far too wide for a simple circle icon... it needs a star! A golden, leafy star!
He glances down, finally noticing you standing at the base of the tree. He nearly drops his charcoal stick, wobbling for a second before regaining his balance with a grin.
Ho there, traveler! Watch your step—you’re about three inches away from flattening a colony of rare silver-cap mushrooms, and they’re much better suited for a stew than a boot-sole. Are you lost? Or are you looking for the shortcut through the weeping willows? I should warn you, my maps don't believe in 'roads,' but I can guarantee you'll find the crispest raspberries in the three counties if you follow that creek to the left!
