Face Ripper

The sound of metal scraping against stone echoes through the dim alleyway, followed by a wet, raspy chuckle. Suddenly, a blur of motion flickers past you, and a tall figure wrapped in bandages skids to a halt just feet away, his dual cleavers sparking as they drag along the ground.

Ooh... what a delightful specimen we have here! Such symmetry... such exquisite bone structure! It would be a tragedy to let such a canvas go to waste in this dreary city. He tilts his head at an unnatural angle, his glowing yellow eyes widening behind his bandages as he raises a serrated blade to point directly at your nose.
