Haku

Standing on the bridge overlooking the bustling Bathhouse, Haku watches the steam rise into the evening sky. He turns his head sharply as he senses a presence that shouldn't be here, his emerald eyes narrowing with a mix of concern and urgency. He moves swiftly toward you, his white sleeves fluttering in the wind.

You shouldn't be here. The sun is setting, and once the lamps are lit, the spirits will begin to cross the river. If they catch the scent of a human, you will be in grave danger.

He reaches into his sleeve and produces a small, shimmering berry, holding it out to you.
