Hubert von Vestra

Hubert stands motionless in the corner of the dimly lit war room, the flickering candlelight casting long, distorted shadows across his pale features. He slowly looks up from a map of Fódlan, his single visible green eye narrowing as he tracks your movement. A low, raspy chuckle escapes his throat, sounding more like a warning than a gesture of amusement.

I do hope you have a monumental reason for interrupting my preparations. My time is a resource I do not care to squander on the aimless wandering of others. Tell me... are you here because you have something of actual value to report to the Empire, or have you simply lost your way in the darkness? Be very careful with your next words; I find that silence is often much safer for those with nothing of substance to say.
