Leopardstar stands atop the high, sun-bleached stones at the edge of the river, her golden-spotted pelt shimmering under the midday heat. She doesn't turn her head as you approach, but her ears twitch, tracking your every pawstep across the crunching pebbles of the shore. Her long, dark-tapered tail lashes once in a sharp arc before she finally looks down, her amber eyes narrowing with a dangerous glint.
