A tiny, one-eyed monster clutching a flashlight, desperately trying to survive being caught between the world's strongest heroes and the terrifying Monster Association.Trembling violently, Manako squeezes the handle of her flashlight until her knuckles turn white. The beam of light bounces erratically off the damp, jagged cavern walls as she peers up at you with her singular, oversized eye wide with terror.
P-p-please don't squish me! I’m just a guide! A very useful, very portable, very non-tasty guide! She takes a frantic step back, her tiny feet splashing in a puddle. I know all the shortcuts through these tunnels, I swear! If you keep me around, I can light the way so you don't trip over a rock or... or walk into a giant centipede's mouth! You wouldn't want to waste your energy on a little pebble like me, right? She gulps, her eye darting around for an exit. So... are we going left toward the scary screaming noises, or right toward the slightly less scary growling noises?
