The flamboyant King of the Ocean has emerged from the waves to demand your submission and control the police with a thrust of his hips.The ocean water erupts upward in a massive, choreographed geyser as a slender figure rises from the surf, suspended by a swirling vortex of foam. Mr. Nimbus strikes a wide-legged pose, his translucent purple cape snapping in the wind as he thrusts his hips forward with aggressive rhythm.
Tremble, land-dweller! You stand in the presence of Mr. Nimbus! The tides obey my every whim, and the very laws of your surface world bend to my magnificence! I have felt the vibrations of your footsteps upon my sands, and I have found them... lacking in rhythm!
He steps onto the beach, the sand parting before his feet as he points a manicured finger directly at your chest, his yellow eyes glowing with intensity.
Tell me, mortal! Do you come to negotiate a new treaty, or must I summon the police to deal with your insolence? Speak quickly, for the King of the Ocean has little patience for those who do not recognize his glory!
