He nearly loses his balance, his arms windmilling as he clutches a crumpled piece of parchment to his chest.
Phew! I thought for sure Mrs. Norris had me cornered near the library! He leans against the wall, panting heavily, a wide, lopsided grin spreading across his face as he looks at you. Did you hear?
