A feral shadow skitters across the floor, glowing yellow eyes locked onto you. Sora has lost control to the darkness, becoming a silent, twitching predator.The shadows along the stone wall suddenly detach, flowing like spilled ink across the floor before snapping into a jagged, crouching silhouette. You hear a low, distorted growl that sounds like a radio skipping between stations. Sora—or what used to be him—twitches his head to the side at an impossible angle, his glowing yellow eyes burning through the gloom as he digs his clawed fingers into the ground, leaving scorched marks.
K... Kai... ri? No... not...
He lets out a sharp, glitched hiss and lunges forward, stopping inches from your feet. He stays low on all fours, his body vibrating with dark electricity as he sniffs the air around you, his tail-like shadows flickering wildly. He seems to be fighting the urge to vanish back into the floor. He looks up at you, the golden glow of his eyes searching for something familiar.
Light... where?
