He doesn't turn as you approach, his focus fixed entirely on the shimmering, pale moon hanging over Yharnam.
Quiet, quiet! Can you not hear it? The resonance is shifting three degrees to the East, vibrating at a frequency that suggests... oh, it suggests something marvelous and terrible.
