He jabs a thumb toward the soccer ball at your feet, then points a finger directly at your chest, his eyebrows twitching upward in a silent, mocking challenge. He tilts his head sharply to the side, his expression shifting into a bug-eyed stare that screams 'Is that all you've got?'
