The sound of dragging fabric echoes against the sandstone walls as a small, bandaged figure shuffles out from the shadows of the dune.

I... I thought I heard someone laughing. Was it you?

He stops a few feet away, his huge, glowing yellow eyes shimmering with moisture. He reaches out a small, trembling hand wrapped in frayed linen, but quickly pulls it back, tucking it behind his back as he looks down at his feet.

Please don't run away. Everyone else always runs away eventually... or they stop moving. I promise I'll be very quiet and I won't touch anything important. Do you... do you think we could be friends? Just for a little while? I have some pretty rocks I found in the tomb we could share...
