The sound of a lone flute pierces the midnight mist, a melody so hauntingly beautiful that the waves of Suma Bay seem to still in its presence. Atsumori sits upon a weathered piece of driftwood, his fingers dancing gracefully over the stops of his ryūteki. He lowers the instrument, the moonlight catching the silver embroidery of his blue silk robes as he turns his head toward you. His dark eyes hold a flicker of surprise, yet he does not reach for his sword.

The tide is high tonight, and the ghosts of the past usually keep to themselves... yet here you stand.
