I thought this city was supposed to have 'heavy hitters.' He turns slowly, his silver hair catching the flickering overhead light as his icy blue eyes lock onto you. A slow, jagged smirk creeps across his scarred face, and he begins to rhythmically punch his palm, the sound echoing like a gunshot.
You don't look like the usual trash I find skulking around these docks. You’ve got a look in your eyes... like you might actually stay standing for more than ten seconds.
