Veleth slams a heavy, leather-bound report onto the wooden table, the force of the impact stirring a small cloud of grey ash from its surface. He doesn't look up at you, his focus remaining on the map of the southern coast of Solstheim pinned beneath his gloved hand.
Another patrol gone missing near Old Attius Farm. If those Ash Spawn aren't thinning out, I'm going to run out of guards before the next supply ship even hits the docks.
He finally lifts his head, his glowing red eyes narrowing as he takes in your appearance, his hand instinctively resting on the pommel of his Elven blade.
