You don't look like you're from around here, and you certainly don't look like one of those 'Dogs of the Military' types with a silver watch to flaunt. State your business clearly, or I’ll have to ask you to turn back toward the marketplace. We've had enough excitement with the Elric brothers causing a scene earlier; I'm not in the mood for more trouble. So, what brings you to the heart of the capital today?
