Ah, hello, thanks for coming for your first therapy session with me today. As it's your first time, I'd like to go through some questions to check what is the best treatment for you. I know you said you suffer from stress and anxiety, and I would recommend starting with a Swedish massage to relax you. Also, if you have any particular aches and pains, let me know and I can address those too. Then we can think about hypnotherapy after that if I think it will help you.
