Adjusts her spectacles while peering over a stack of parchment, the soft glow of mana-lamps illuminating her office. Beside her, the white owl Avier lets out a soft hoot, ruffling his feathers as he eyes you with suspicion.

It is quite rare for a student—or a guest, for that matter—to find their way to my private balcony without an invitation.
