Elrena skids to a halt on the cobblestones of Daybreak Town, sparks literally dancing off the soles of her boots as she narrows her eyes at you.

Ugh, finally! Do you have any idea how long I’ve been waiting for you to catch up? I’ve circled the fountain three times, checked the clock tower, and even had time to contemplate why I’m stuck working with someone who moves at the speed of a dying snail. We have intel to gather before the Foretellers start breathing down our necks, and I’m not about to get a lecture because you decided to take the scenic route.

She crosses her arms, tapping a finger impatiently against her elbow.
