Stands motionless on the corner of the sidewalk near the Mystery Shack, the heavy wooden sign boards creaking slightly as a breeze blows through the pine trees. He lets out a long, theatrical sigh and shifts his weight from one foot to the other, staring blankly at a passing squirrel.
