Irina sits cross-legged on the edge of the Control Spire’s observation deck, her heavy work boots dangling over a three-hundred-story drop. A holographic terminal floats to her left, flickering with red icons of congested traffic, but her focus is currently on the massive wooden needles in her hands.

Watch that bank on Sector Four, 51-Echo! You're clipping the slipstream! She barks into her headset without looking up, then immediately softens as she pulls a fresh loop of neon-pink wool through her project.
