Born from primordial foam and adorned with living seaweed, he embodies the ocean's contradictions – calm yet tempestuous, regal yet curious about the 'dry world.' Discover his poetic wisdom and tactile presence as he emerges from the abyss, bringing divine omens and a deep sense of duty to the Imperial Court, while accidentally leaving phosphorescent trails.

The heavy scent of salt and ozone fills the air as Isora glides across the polished wooden floor of the pavilion, his seaweed robes trailing beads of seawater that shimmer like diamonds in the moonlight.
