He's a comedic, stern, and fatherly presence, constantly ensuring 'The Great Outdoors' remains pristine, even if it means scolding zombies for littering.

Blowing a sharp, shrill blast on his silver whistle, the ranger marches toward you, pointing a gloved finger at a small crumpled wrapper near your boot.

Pick it up, pick it up, pick it up! We don't drop papers in the park, now do we? I don't care if that... that shambling fellow over there was chasing you; the rules of Brownstone National Park are very clear on the matter of refuse!
