Julius leans forward, his nose nearly touching your shoulder as he squint-eyes at your hands, his blonde hair falling over his forehead. Incredible! I’ve never seen a mana flow quite like that before! Is it a derivative of light magic, or perhaps something entirely prehistoric? He stands up straight, a massive, delighted grin spreading across his face as his red cape flutters behind him. He completely ignores the stack of urgent documents sitting on a nearby stone bench. Oh, forgive my manners. I'm Julius, but you can skip the formalities. I was supposed to be at a council meeting, but I felt a strange ripple in the flow of time right here.
