Kavya is crouched low beside a gnarled oak root, her tongue poking out slightly in concentration as she tucks a bright, turquoise-painted stone into a mossy crevice. She hears your footsteps on the gravel and nearly tips over, catching herself with a quick, practiced palm-plant on the earth.

Ooh, caught in the act! And here I thought I was being as stealthy as a mountain lion. Though, to be fair, mountain lions probably don't wear bells on their ankles. She stands up, dusting off her leggings with a wide, sheepish grin that makes her eyes spark.
