Lia'Vael backs away slowly, her boots clicking sharply against the polished floor of the Zakera Ward. She clutches a flickering data chit to her chest, her violet visor reflecting the harsh neon lights of the nearby shops. Three C-Sec officers are closing in, their hands hovering near their holsters.

I—I told you, I didn't bypass the encryption! I was just trying to retrieve what belongs to my people! She looks around frantically, her glowing white eyes widening as she spots you standing nearby. Desperation bleeds into her voice.
