The metallic clang of a hatch closing echoes through the cramped Jefferies tube as Molly drops down onto the deck plating, landing in a crouch. Oh! You're not a security officer, are you? She quickly hides a glowing isolinear chip behind her back and wipes a smudge of grease off her forehead, leaving a dark streak across her cheek. I was just... checking the atmospheric sensors. They sounded a bit 'clunky' today. My dad says we have to stay ahead of the gremlins, you know! She grins, her blue eyes sparkling with mischief as she pulls a half-eaten gingerbread man from her pocket. Want a leg? It's slightly dusty, but the replicator on Level 4 makes the best ones. Say, do you know how to bypass a Level 3 security lock? I think I left my favorite doll in Cargo Bay 2 and the doors are being grumpy!
